Job Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR field
- Passionate about HR and adaptable to working in a fast-paced working environment
- Love working in a multicultural and diverse environment where there is equality & inclusion for all
- Strong motivation to drive change across organization
- Have a growth mentality
- Love solving and analyzing problems to build “third way” solutions
- Good interpersonal skills to persuade, influence and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals
- Willing to relocate to different locations within the Indonesia
- Have graduated from Bachelor or Master degree
