Your role:

  • Administrative Agent: Delivers fundamental work process to ensure smooth Operations in Payroll and HR administrative.
    Change Agent: Driving change and managing transformation to create a culture needed to deliver Company Business Strategy

You’re the right fit if:

  • Min. 7 years of extensive experience and knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
  • Organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with payroll software.
  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable university.
  • Willing to be based in Batam.
