- Min. 7 years of extensive experience and knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
- Organizational skills and attention to details.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with payroll software.
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university.
- Willing to be based in Batam.
