What you’ll be doing:

• Be the main point of contact for any reporting related requests from business stakeholders
• Lead a team of BI analysts to deliver business values from HappyFresh data
• Set and maintain a high-quality standard for data reports and insights
• Work with the data engineer team to design robust and scalable data reporting pipelines
• Work with the business team to define critical business metrics
• Develop and maintain HappyFresh data documentations
• Design high-quality data models as a single source of truth for data reports
• Identify new tools and techniques that allow for better scale and efficiency

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics or Data Engineering
• Expert in data extraction using SQL
• Expert in data visualization using popular BI Tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI)
• Experienced in creating automation using scripting tools (i.e. Python, R)
• Experienced in data warehousing best practice
• Familiarity with data engineering best practice
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to lead and deliver medium to large scale projects
• Experienced with Big Data open source tools (Spark, Airflow, Kafka, etc.) is a plus
