Team Introduction Global Revenue Management is part of the Bytedance Finance function that is responsible for revenue management and accounting for monetization of all Bytedance products via the following processes: running the Order to Cash (“OTC”) cycle, assessing credit risk while establishing and integrating business-finance platforms together; to ensure accuracy in revenue accounting.


– Manage Order-To-Cash (OTC) processes, either directly or as part of a team, which includes ownership of revenue reasonableness, billing, collections, overdue management and cash application.

– Drive implementation and standardization of internal systems that manage the OTC process to improve revenue and receivables controls and management.

– Data analysis, regular reporting, month-end close reconciliations and other Revenue/AR related work.

– Work closely with the Business to ensure that revenue is accurately recorded according to GAAP and reconciled monthly with the Accounting system.

– Act as a trusted advisor on business hearings and contracts review, leveraging data and analyses to provide business insights, align strategies, and scale the business.

– Partner with Business Operations to ensure that customers are billed accurately and invoices are paid within their credit terms as well as to manage overdue balances.

Minimum Qualifications

– Working experience with OTC processes with eCommerce business and ERP system.

– Experience in developing, streamlining, and executing processes and operations in cross-functional and global organization.

– Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with internal teams and external customers.

– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

– Experience with data analysis, developing and improving spreadsheets and/or BI reports. Preferred Qualifications

– Exhibits sound business judgement and ability to influence others to deliver results.

– Preference for Chartered Accountant or similar qualification, or degree with Accountancy major.
