  • Manage end-to-end operational aspects of user research (recruitment, respondent management, incentive disbursement, respondent debrief, etc)
  • Mentoring Junior Research Operations Team
  • Managing database that can be used for the future recruitment process
  • Last but not least, learn and grow alongside Shopee, earn your ‘e-commerce degree’, and participate in shaping one of Asia’s most exciting

Persyaratan

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from Social or Science fields
  • Have at least 4 years of relevant experience from market research agencies and/or start-ups
  • Experience in mentoring Junior Research Operations Team for at least 1 year
  • Have agile mindset, attention to detail, and uphold high standards when recruiting
  • Ready to actively contribute to improving Research Operations process in Shopee
