Ensure that company’s activities for Danone Group in Indonesia (Water, ELN & Medical) have all permits in accordance with all laws and regulations.

Responsible for effective, efficient, complied, and apply the license to ensure company’s activities have all permits in accordance with all laws and regulation, with details as follows:

• Ensure that company have all permits in accordance with all laws and regulations (for plants, depots, & import licenses).
• Submit new permits which company’s operation required and renew permit which will expired so that company’s activities have all permits in accordance with all laws and regulations.
• Ensure that permits which apply and/or renew according to company’s activities needed.
• Ensure that permit submission and/or renewal has been completed with the required conditions.
• Monitor all permits submission process until permits issued by the authority institutions.
• Monitor all company’s operational permits validity.
• Create a budget of all permits application (new permits and renewal permits) for the coming year.
• Coordinate with other Divisions / Departments to support permits application and/or get necessary permits.
• Secure the company of the compliance in order to company’s efforts to create new plants and depots.
• Develop and maintain good relationship with all Legal License’s stakeholders.
• Organize meetings with the authority institutions in order to process & get the permits.
• Give advice other Divisions / Departments so the operational activities in accordance to the permitting documents and regulations.
• Give supports other Divisions / Departments to resolve the projects in order to realize increasing of production capacity.
• Update laws and regulations.
• Manage, animate, lead, and help grow and empower the team
