In a span of less than a year, Sampingan has grown its headcount by more than 100%. We are currently spread across three main offices: Jakarta, Bandung, and Yogyakarta. With each office growing rapidly, Sampingan would love to have a committed and energetic People Partner to be based in our Yogyakarta office! Reporting to the People Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Operate as a strategic partner as part of the People team to deliver technical and strategic human resource advice across a range of areas such as workforce planning, performance management, issue resolution, human resource programs and policy
- Build collaborative stakeholder relationships that ensure cooperation and commitment to achieve effective people strategies and programs
- Identify and deliver human resources initiatives in partnership with the Employee and Engagement Specialist to build performance that supports people and business objectives
- Provide expert advice to clients to develop awareness of human resource policies, to promote compliance and facilitate best practice outcomes
- Participate in the development, implementation and review of human resources policies and procedures for the department in line with legislative and business requirements
- Share knowledge as part of a multi-disciplinary team, sharing lessons learnt facilitating cross learning and mentoring team members to build technical expertise and best practice
Since you will be a key driving force in synergizing the cooperation between the HR function and the employees in our Yogyakarta office, you would be an amazing fit if you possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Proven work experience (min. 4 years) as an HR business partner
- Being based in Yogyakarta is a must
- Huge plus point if you have experiences working for a BPO company
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
