As a Business Development Executive, a typical week might include the following:
- Walk, jog, run, drive or ride to any and all hotels to find leads or prospect clients
- Speak and pitch ZEN Services with multiple hotel managers and/or owners
- Write a win-win proposal
- Persistently follow up on your proposals
- Chat and laugh with team and partake in friendly team competition
- Persistently negotiate on the deal
- Close the sale, and figure out how to spend the boat loads of commissions earned
What are we looking for in an awesome Business Development Executive?IF you are good at:
- Being relatable and building friendships
- Storytelling
- Being resilience
- Has strong logical thinking
- Finding creative solutions to challenges
- 1 year of experience in sales, consulting, or hospitality, is a PLUS
- Fresh graduates with Sales exposure are also encouraged to apply
