Responsibilities
- Analyzing territory coverage to maximize Pareto within the scope area or city
- Wholesale mapping for maximizing retail coverage through the digital ecosystem in area
- Lead relationships with the key marketplace partners in area
- Implementing, and maintaining marketplace model
- Operational excellence logistics (Grosir Pintar)
- Ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting to meet the target GMV & GP
- Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities in area
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Area Manager or similar sales role
- Ability to measure and analyze key sales & performance indicators
- Highly goal-oriented and possess excellent
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude with a collaborative approach
