Responsibilities

  • Analyzing territory coverage to maximize Pareto within the scope area or city
  • Wholesale mapping for maximizing retail coverage through the digital ecosystem in area
  • Lead relationships with the key marketplace partners in area
  • Implementing, and maintaining marketplace model
  • Operational excellence logistics (Grosir Pintar)
  • Ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting to meet the target GMV & GP
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities in area

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Area Manager or similar sales role
  • Ability to measure and analyze key sales & performance indicators
  • Highly goal-oriented and possess excellent
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude with a collaborative approach
