Job Responsibilities
The successful incumbent will have the responsibility to develop marketing strategies in order to achieve business objectives (acquisitions, billing, active rate) and enhance UOB card branding and awareness, to create campaigns; long term or tactical in order to lift up card activities, to enlarge UOB partnerships through new merchants or existing merchants, to support card features through managing deals with related merchants, to ensure all operational related SOP is in place and adhere to guidelines and regulatory and training and socialization of programs to all related functions andĀ front liners and well communicated to customers.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in credit card business
- Knowledge in credit card business, especially in product management, product development through different sales channels.
- Experience in credit card loyalty is added plus.
- People management skill
- Process improvement skill
- OperationĀ & Capacity planning skills
