We are one of the world’s Oleochemical Companies which located in Special Economic Zone / Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus Sei Mangkei, Kabupaten Simalungun, North Sumatera is welcoming high caliber professionals to come on board as part of our Management Team as : Engineering Manager.

Main Job Purpose :

• To manage the technical teams responsible to deliver Projects, Innovation, Infrastructure and Services to the site

Requirements and Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in mechanical, instrumentation, electrical, or other relevant engineering field from a reputed University and having work experience with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical / FMCG Industries.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in management in maintenance and engineering, specifically on Large scale
• Industrial Plant (Oleochemical, Petrochemical, Chemical, Oil & Gas).
• Required language(s): English.
• Strong knowledge and aptitude of mechanical and electrical/Instrumentation engineering.
• Leadership, management, and organization skills.
• Capable of building collaborative working relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to delegate and hold self and others accountable.
• Demonstrated high level of problem-solving ability to make decisions independently.
• Demonstrated excellence in priority setting and execution skills.

• Able to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with computerized maintenance processes and tools (e.g. maximo, SAP PM, etc).
• Willing to be place in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera.

Key Accountabilities :

• Develop, deploy and implement plans to ensure the best utilization of assets in the sites as well as supervise and give guidance on the maintenance of such assets.
• Manage the technical teams responsible to deliver Projects, Innovation, Infrastructure and Services to the site.

• Lead the Innovation implementation on the site, looking for best alternatives/options of design to manufacturing, following USCC/category technology selections.
• Capital budget preparation and management.
• Support innovation delivery as part of regional network.
• Create and implement plans to continuously improve site infrastructure needs such as energy, water, treatment, steam and all infrastructure services, contracts and contractors.
• Coach and develop the human resources across the site on technical and technology issues.
• Manage the projects, overhauling and innovation budgets.
• Work collaboratively with Operations managers to improve site and line efficiencies and reduce waste.
• Develop, built and make available in the organisation the Product, Process and Packaging Expertises relevant to the asset base.
