ASSISTANT MANAGER FACTORY ACCOUNTANT AND COST CONTROLLER

Role :

Organize, managing and coordinating with the related department correctly and on time on policies, systems and processes Opex Spending and implemented in a balanced manner and in accordance with applicable regulations, also liaise with Manufacturing for review Plant Performance.
Organize and managing budget per department also monitoring Production cost dan COGS calculation for statutory audit.
Responsibilities :

• Responsible on budget expenditure based on approval OPEX proposal that have been approved by management.
• Responsible on daily production repot when input in SAP.
• Responsible for monitoring actual operational cost dan compare with budget and cost analysis and impact to profitability.
• Responsible for checking cost transaction also make sure checking all cost in department for preliminary MEC and execution month end closing.
• Responsible for conduct inventory physical count dan supporting statutory audit.
• Review & Monitoring plant performance such yield, utilization, monitoring efficiency consumption raw material dan packaging material.
• Business partner for production teams or operation teams for supporting data analysis.
• Update new material price in SAP & release standard price material every month

Accountabilities :

• All mandatory report must be completed on time.
• All OPEX in line with its budget.
• Company activities in accordance with budget based on management approval.
• Implementation of the program Performance Management Framework.

Qualifications :

• Accounting Degree is essential.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in general accounting.
• Mastering the operation of MS Windows, MS Office.
• Able to process data accurately and accurate calculation.
• Knowing most of accounting standard and general applied for company.
• Has high integrity, honest, motivated, good interpersonal distinguished themselves, and can work alone or with a team.
•  Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Excellent Team working.
• Fluent in English Language and, preferably Indonesian.
• Willing to work under pressure and placed in Sei Mangkei (Site)
