To lead and direct R&D packaging programs, coordinating and organizing the implementation of category packaging innovations ; to ensure landing of NPDs, savings, sustainable packaging initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders, related parties internally, suppliers & external parties in order to achieve business target within the agreed KPIs.
To lead in setting up appropriate systems and processes of packing operation in the Factories and their third parties to ensure that the goods are produced within the agreed standards at the most cost effective way, fulfills the standard of productivity, Quality and SHE and follow good manufacturing best practice in order to support Operational Excellence
To manage regional projects in packaging Cost effectiveness projects and Quality Improvement Projects, includes supportive activity with procurement and SC in suppliers development.
To implement packaging sustainability agenda and F&R packaging manifesto 2025 fully implemented.
To support the R&D Ice Cream Director in setting up packaging strategy aligned with company vision & mission, improvement ways of working with int/external parties, sustainability project implementation, TPM implementation, training and coaching, mentoring of employee WL1 at Packaging Development Ice Cream SEA.
