Job Description
- Manage to implement Chefmanship and to drive adequate chefmanship capability in Indonesia Foods category
- Support innovation/renovation team to create golden standard recipe & product prototype formulation and give input of local taste & consumer insight
- Support Brand building activation in the country and create value in application of Foods product Drive passion for food mission in the company
- Defining and guiding Culinary Quality Standards and adopting market & consumer trend in the country
- Provide recipes for food products application in the kitchen, which represent housewife to prepare meal for family
- Comprehension of Indonesia consumer insight and trend to ensure product mix relevancy with it
- Able to do competitor scan and provide input on the product competitiveness vs competitor (from culinary point of view)
- Manage resource in the team to support Food business growth
