MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
- Develop UFS Business through Trade channel and Horeca Channel by collaboration and lead Distributor to achieve UFS Target.
- Key Accountabilities:
- DT management: Handling, manage and ensure Distributor in respected area achieve UFS target in right ways and bring good service level to customer.
- Develop Trade Channel: Ensure UFS Product in every display of our Wholesaler / LCC and target to increasing sku/ outlet.
- Develop Horeca Channel: Create demand creation in every potential Horeca operator for UFS business usage.
- Penetration: ensure UFS product distributed and penetrated align with UFS Strategy
- Chefmanship : Interest and full learning of culinary capability to bring demand creation and bring solution to customer by using UFS Product.
ESSENTIAL:
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia area.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional with minimum 2 years relevant workingexperiencesin FMCG business.
- Solid experiences in managing distributors, B2B, Horeca, Go to Market Strategy & trade category.
- Proven leading team experience& good negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization.
- Excellent Microsoft office & excel, able to carry out analysis and interpretation of data.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, proactive, can-do attitude, eagerness to learn and work well in a fast-paced environment.
