Responsibilities
- Ensuring a smooth end-to-end process in Knowledge Management
- Manage the Knowledge received (Tacit and Explicit) from across sources
- Establish a neat and tidy Knowledge Deliverables to the Stakeholders within expected time
- Optimize use of process and systems – Be familiar with full spectrum of business tools and ensure the team makes use of the systems and continually optimizing the KM function to ensure value of the Organization is obtained
- Consult and partner with internal stakeholders on Knowledge Management implications of potential business decision
- Work with operations, reporting staff and trainers to understand top drivers that could be mitigated and/or improve with the knowledge management or learning program
- Provide knowledge management analytical and projects that support the improvement of the agent knowledge on serving the customer
- Promote sharing knowledge program to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among Stakeholders of Knowledge Management
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from accredited universities
- Possess a Major of Communication, English or Bahasa Literature is preferable
- Minimum GPA of 3.5
- Understanding the Knowledge Management (KM) framework skills
- Having a strong mindset in establishing the KM Culture
- Familiar and able to operate KM Tools (Confluence/Atlassian, Trailhead, etc.)
- Fresh graduate or 1 year of working experience
- Strong analysis in Qualitative and Quantitative Method
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Familiarity with Flight, Hotel, Service and Online Travel Agent (OTA) businesses;
- Excellent in attention to details
- A dedicated person with strong proven result in Knowledge Management Culture
