Job Description

Responsible for managing and enhancing the Consumer Insights and Market Research delivery for Southeast Asia Market

  • Deliver and enhance research quality
  • Manage the complete process of planning and executing custom research studies, both qualitative and quantitative, to support business growth priorities of Traveloka offers in Southeast Asia
  • Research/Insight optimization
  • Orchestrate data from various research, internal data, and other resources
  • Demonstrate full ownership and accountability on the assigned area delivery
  • Be the champion of customer voices

As a strategic thought partner to the Brand and Businesses (Brand, Marketers, Product Managers) across Southeast Asia Provide insights and recommended action to support the brand and product in realizing growth potential

  • Partner with Brand/ Product Marketer, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Science to consolidate the internal data analysis with market and consumer insights
  • Provide salient consumer learnings to aid in the development of successful product-related communication campaign
  • Drive, manage, and enhance brand measurement and equity study
  • Own consumer segmentation and ongoing view of consumer personas for the assigned markets

Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences)

  • Graduated from reputable universities majoring in Marketing, Psychology, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Statistics,
  • Computer Science, or relevant field
  • Preferably has minimum 4 years of experience working in research agencies/data analytics firms/consumer insight team in the client-side or relevant industry
  • Have strong quantitative research skills
  • Good communication skills, verbally and written
  • Good analytical skill is a must
  • Able to work in a team and have a proactive and passion to learn
  • Have knowledge on primary research (can be from academic research or other types of research)
  • Have high attention to detail. Comfortable working with data (qualitative and quantitative data)
  • Self-driven, ability to manage multiple projects and other responsibilities and at the same time able to delegate tasks clearly prioritize / effectively is a plus. Able to perform under pressure and ambiguity
  • Able to work and composure to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in flexible working hours and occasional traveling
