Job Description :

  • Responsible for creating learning development strategy Partner to ensure the standard process for hiring, promoting, and retention.
  • Having a good understanding of SOP, agreement, and auditing
  • Develop the strategy design for the learning development
  • Lead the development project base for customer excellence
  • Experience in automation/utility people process
  • Monetize related operational consultant & training certification

Requirements :

  • Min. Bachelor Degree from any major from reputable University
  • Good English communication for  written and verbal
  • Great communication & collaboration skills for negotiation
  • Having good leadership experience in managing team and coaching
  • Able to build the relation with the other team
  • Preferably having people development background in operations consultant
  • Having the experience and knowledge of effective learning and development methods & processes for framework and design the L&D process.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Having good knowledge and understanding of the certification process
  • Experience working in a customer service/tech company will be a plus
