Job Description:
- Develop the digital marketing strategy; planning, execution refinement, and analysis, by leveraging consumer and commercial insights.
- Identify needs, goals, opportunities, and challenges of the business and craft digital marketing strategy to achieve each of business (Digital Goods,
- Tokopedia Play, and others) growth goals together with a team consisting of 5 people.
- Define, create, and manage marketing acquisition efforts across awareness, consideration, and conversion funnel using multiple channels such as
- Google Ads (Display, Video, Search), Social Media Ads (Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok), and Partnership (Affiliates, Network, Retargeting, etc)
- Creating predictive model and projection across metrics for Tokopedia, including bottom-up budget proposals which focus on getting the most efficient and effective cost metrics & ROAS.
- Lead experience testing and optimization throughout the paid funnel with a spirit of Growth Mindset & Make it Happen to Make it Better.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar analytical field of study
- At least five years of experience in digital advertising roles, with a minimum of two years in the performance marketing field.
- Have experience in managing a team, at least for two years.
- Proven ability to conceive and implement successful performance marketing campaigns using multiple channels which focus on significant growth
- number of conversion and qualified buyer.
- Significant experience in a fast-paced B2C environment, preferably consumer electronics product industry
- Solid knowledge of website analytics and ad serving tools, including Google Adwords.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement for a B2C enterprise audience
- Experience in complex project management and execution skills. Experience with crowdfunding projects is a plus
