Job Description:

  • Manage executive’s agenda, business travel, and daily schedule (meetings, travel, etc.).
  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails & interfacing with clients
  • Receive all kind of memos, invitations, mail, proposals and review it before handing out to the executive.
  • Prepare information for internal and external use, e.g. presentations.
  • Arrange corporate events/business meeting to take place inside or outside of the work-place
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

Job Requirements :

  • Graduate from university with strong English written & spoken
  • Strong organizational, project management & problem-solving with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Willing to contribute above and beyond when required.
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
  • Personality: Willingness to learn & grow, friendly, Team Work, Detail orientation, good administration & communication skills.
