Job Description:
- Optimizations email and other relevant medium on CRM campaign based on performance metrics such as open rate and user cohort
- Support the execution of the holistic CRM Marketing Strategy, in regards to multiple digital platforms and business goals
- Conduct research and analyses on search performance metrics such as User behavior, user preferences, and makes recommendations on tracking and data improvements that are in support of more comprehensive data gathering
- Performs tests these landing pages, copy content, segmentations, automations, MAU/WAU/DAU optimizations, user cohort and penetrations rates and the business’s profit margin
- Delivered the online marketing team business challenges
Requirements:
- Minimum have 2-4 years experience in CRM or related field
- Have a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in a business or a quantitative discipline such as Marketing, Business
- Administration, Math, Economics, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related field
- Advance skills and experience working with major marketing platform for example Appsflyer, AppAnnie, Google,
- Facebook, Twitters, Google Analytics, MS Office and other 3rd party measurement
- Strong Analytical skills
- Great Communication skills
- Beginner skills in one of the engagement platforms ie. Braze, MoEngage, SalesForce, etc.
