Job Description:
- Assist to mapping pain point process & coordination with related dept.
- Assist development of Quality documents (new & revision)
- Customer Care Quality Documents controller
Requirements:
- At least 1-year experience mapping business process, having experience & knowledge in Contact Center is an advantage
- Familiar & able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) & Visio
- Familiar & able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) & Visio
- Customer service oriented
- Communication skills – verbal and written (both Bahasa & English)
