Job Description:

  • Assist to mapping pain point process & coordination with related dept.
  • Assist development of Quality documents (new & revision)
  • Customer Care Quality Documents controller

Requirements:

  • At least 1-year experience mapping business process, having experience & knowledge in Contact Center is an advantage
  • Familiar & able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) & Visio
  • Familiar & able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) & Visio
  • Customer service oriented
  • Communication skills – verbal and written (both Bahasa & English)
