About the role
Responsibilities:

  • [Operational] Plan and execute personalized campaigns across CRM channels to convert high-potential users and enhance user retention.
  • [Segmentation] Ensure accurate segmentation of the user database for targeted marketing activities aligned with company OKR at each user’s stage.
  • [Analytics] Perform data analysis on available datasets to formulate effective strategies and provide valuable insights for continual CRM improvement.

What you will need

  • 1-2 years of work experience in CRM fields, preferably within the financial industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (CleverTap, Moengage, or Braze).
  • A good understanding of investment products (Stocks, Crypto, or Mutual Funds) will be a plus.
  • Practical experience with data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau) and productivity tools (Figma, Jira).
  • Detail-oriented in user lifecycle management, ensuring precision at every stage of the journey.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
