Job Descriptions:

Identify key stakeholders and team members for projects needed and assign individual responsibilities
Create, manage, track and execute project plans within a timely manner
Track project progress and document project actions, risks, issues and decisions
Establish and maintaining cross-departmental relationships to support delivery of the projects
Effectively communicate relevant project information to other team and management
Circulate updated project plans, meeting minutes, project status reports
