  • Maintain profitability of official store to achieve business sustainability.
  • Manage customer relationships and reduce churn rate.
  • Manage business review processes with principal clients as well as marketplaces and establish strategic collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • Initiate new sources of growth to build sustainable strategies for official stores in the long run.
  • Liaise with principal clients and channels to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of certain product categories.
  • Resolve key issues and complaints for related brands/official stores/marketplaces.
  • Manage the Key Account Team assigned to each client.
    Ensure client’s needs and deliverables are achieved according to proposed timelines.
  • Become the main point of contact for collaboration with external stakeholders.
  • Make sure the “Key Account Learning Process” runs well and reduce the “competency gap” across Key Account Team members.


  • A minimum of 5-year experience in relevant fields (preferably in Key Account Management, Retail Industry, Sales & Marketing, etc.).
  • Passion about the e-commerce industry and its opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • A good attitude in connecting with others and high initiative in taking actions.
  • Self-driven and a good team player.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang.
