• Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
Uraian Tugas
In charge of overall inbound and return process
Make a decision for a return refund claim
Monitor all transactions on a daily basis, investigate and analyse abnormal transactions
Train and develop agents, monitor individual performance of agents
