Tim Operasional mencakup proses dari awal hingga akhir, mulai dari saat Pembeli mencari produk di Shopee, hingga saat Pembeli menerima produk. Tim ini menganalisis & memantau Indikator Kinerja Utama & melakukan analisis jika performa operasional mengalami fluktuasi. Tim ini terdiri dari Customer Service, Pembayaran, Listings, Warehouse, Pengiriman, Operasional Penjual, dan Fraud.
Uraian Tugas
- In charge of quality control of fresh products in all processes (inbound, inventory, outbound) and determine the quality of fresh products (fruits and vegetables)
- Maintain customers’ satisfaction by monitoring reviews, ratings, and other points of improvement
- Improve the quality of service by solving technical and warehouse-related issues through data tracing (handling delivery time from warehouse to

- Communicate potential issues or improvement opportunities to Operations/Operations Excellence/Maintenance/Project team
- Create strategic plans for tracing and improving quality of service based on demands
Persyaratan
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Experienced in quality control of fresh products (fruits and vegetables)
- Able to operate basic functions of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Able to work night shifts in our warehouse (Jakarta)
