Tim Operasional mencakup proses dari awal hingga akhir, mulai dari saat Pembeli mencari produk di Shopee, hingga saat Pembeli menerima produk. Tim ini menganalisis & memantau Indikator Kinerja Utama & melakukan analisis jika performa operasional mengalami fluktuasi. Tim ini terdiri dari Customer Service, Pembayaran, Listings, Warehouse, Pengiriman, Operasional Penjual, dan Fraud.
Uraian Tugas
- Helping CX Team with interview or fieldwork (user recruitment and scheduling)
- Helping CX Team to execute surveys and questionnaires
- Do competitor analysis and updates
- Propose solutions/recommendations (and/or draw insights) based on findings
- Helping with other ad-hoc projects related to research
Persyaratan
- Min. Bachelor degree from Psychology or any related field
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders and user
- Good analytical thinking
- Good Excel skills
- Eager to learn and have a strong sense of curiosity
- Available for at least 3-6 months and able to start immediately
