Tim Marketing bertanggung jawab dalam membuat & mengimpelementasikan konsep untuk meningkatkan jumlah pengguna. Tim ini mencakup berbagai bidang seperti Campaign Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing & Creative. Tim Regional Marketing bertugas menyusun & mengimplementasikan strategi, serta melokalisasikannya dengan tim dari setiap negara. Tim Brand dan Growth bertanggung jawab memberikan solusi berbasis data atas performa pemasaran perusahaan secara online. Selain itu, tim ini juga bertugas untuk memastikan bahwa perusahaan menjangkau pelanggan yang tepat.
Uraian Tugas
- Build up our campaigns by taking part in analysing our e-commerce marketing data from all aspects, deciding elements and key marketing messages, and building, uploading, editing the relevant advertisement accounts (for example Facebook Ads)
- Monitor the campaigns running status and keep them in a healthy mood by analysing daily marketing data and reviewing key metrics on a daily basis
- Be in charge of the reporting of daily marketing outcomes
- Other ad-hoc tasks
Persyaratan
- Experienced in developing at least one out of many PR collaterals (press release, briefing document, media invitation, media alert, etc)
- Excellent learning skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Familiar with most Social Media platforms
- Working knowledge of Excel (VBA will be a plus)
- Team spirit, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
