Our Marketing Team conceptualizes and implements go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The role in the Marketing Team involves designing, executing, and conducting post-mortem analyses of campaigns aimed at scaling the livestream and video commerce business in Indonesia, ensuring that our strategies resonate with local consumers and drive substantial growth. The Regional Brand and CI Marketing Team covers all aspects of the CN commerce landscape and evaluates its applicability to the Indonesian market by analyzing successful strategies in other countries, such as innovative e-commerce models, consumer behavior, and technological advancements.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Plan, project-manage, and execute marketing campaign projects end-to-end
  • Collaborate with and coordinate across multiple internal stakeholders to support campaigns-related projects and new initiatives
  • Conduct data analysis of marketing campaigns to evaluate performance, and offer ongoing recommendations to optimize and innovate on campaigns to achieve commercial objectives
  • Research on trends across CN e-Commerce platforms, social sentiments, and broader industry developments to brainstorm creative ideas for untapped opportunities
  • Manage relationships with international partners, which may include hosting meetings, webinars, and conferences in Chinese Mandarin


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Fluent in Chinese Mandarin, minimum business proficiency and ideally have lived in China before.
  • Understand basics of business/marketing/project management; theoretical knowledge is acceptable.
  • Experience in project management and data analysis
  • Experience doing market research or any research activities is a plus.
  • Fast learner, willing to adapt, agile-mindset
  • Good communication & inference skills to manage stakeholders
  • Self-driven and a team player
