Job Description:
- Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of all processes in payment & settlement operations.
- Recommend initiatives or system development related to payment ops to increase work effectiveness and efficiency.
- Coordinate all implementation of User Acceptance Tests carried out in payment & settlement operations.
- Implement a quality assessment plan for the entire payment process.
- Analyzing assessment findings and preparing assessment results reports.
- Review findings and propose plans for improvements or changes to procedures or work flow.
- Checking the completeness of SOP & TGU in payment & settlement operations to ensure all activities are standardised and documented.
- Formulate procedures and related activities to become draft SOP & TGU.
- Socialise and document all SOPs & TGUs.
- Prepare documents related to internal or external audits.
- Coordinate audit findings and improvement plans with relevant stakeholders in the payment & settlement operations unit.
- Coordinate data requests or ad hoc reports to related units in payment & settlement operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields.
- Able to communicate in the English language.
- Possessed good ability problem-solving, analytical thinking, logical thinking, details, and organisational skill
