We are constantly hacking ways to grow and ultimately provide equal access to jobs and opportunities for everyone. To achieve this, we are looking for a Senior Web Front-End engineer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming.
Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

- Providing technical leadership in a fast-moving environment
- Deeply engaged in the full development lifecycle
- Writing well-formatted code and libraries
- Writing release and development documentation
- Conducting performance benchmarking and monitoring
- Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Assuring that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
- Maintaining existing codebase
- Optimizing application for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensuring maintainability of core application assets and artifacts
- Helping define coding standards and development processes
- Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders while grow continuously with us
What you need to have:
- BS degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years active software development
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to learning
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
- Understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
- Proficiency in of ReactJS
- Good understanding of software engineering concepts, algorithms, and design patterns
- Well versed with version control
