Job Descriptions:
- Keeping up with the current and latest trend on all social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, Youtube)
- Contacting and making price deals with influencers, talents, and celebrities
- Proposing ideas for influencers content in accordance with Ruangguru’s promotions and business goals
- Ensuring influencers to create the post materials according to the brief
- Ensuring influencers post the materials on designated times
- On-event talents and celebrities hospitality management
- Handling all administrative details for all influencers needs: legal and financial
- Analyse and monitor KOL performance
Job Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience in handling KOL/Influencers
- Able to operate Excel
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Have good writing skills and the ability to write different kinds of copy to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Creative, proactive, and a good team player
- Possess a broad network of influencers preferred
- Possess a good social media presence would be a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously and see them through completion with little to no supervision
