Spa Manager
The Spa Manager is responsible for the daily leadership of the spa operations in line with Raffles standards to optimize guest satisfaction as well as to ensure that all productivity and expense controls are followed and all revenue opportunities are capitalized upon.
Summary of Responsibilities
The Spa Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Spa. The person prudently manages and utilizes the resources provided in order to achieve the desired business results in the areas of colleague engagement, product and service excellence, and business prudence in accordance with the company’s operating criteria and performance expectations.
Qualifications
Candidates for this position must have at least one-year experience as a Spa Manager or two-year experience as an Assistant Spa Manager, preferably in a luxury five-star hotel or resort. They are required to possess personal attributes and competencies that are essential for successful leadership in a fast-paced yet positive and caring environment. In order to be highly productive in the job, candidates must have high computer literacy and be able to communicate effectively in English and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
