- Negotiate with clients using creative and attractive menu presentations and event proposals, to achieve both maximum revenue/profit potential and fulfilment of contractual responsibilities while satisfying client needs.
- Coordinate with the Director of Sales –MICE and Catering to insure proper utilization of function space and guest room blocks to yield maximum revenues.
- Develop Marketing plan, goals & strategies
- Respond to all incoming leads (phone, online, etc.) in a timely and professional manner
