Front Office Manager

What you will be doing:
- Develop, conduct maintain all training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business.
- Work closely with the Hotel Manager / General Manager in establishing and monitoring policies and guidelines in operation.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential
experience is an asset - Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Fluency in English
- additional languages are a plus
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Tourism or Hospitality or Business Management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in identical role
- Hotel operational experience is desirable.
