- Source, screen and interview tech candidates.
- Manage expectations of users in Engineering, Infrastructure, Data and Product department.
- Proactively update internal hiring tracker and provide tech hiring insights.
- Brainstorm recruitment strategies with Tech Talent Acquisition team to fulfil recruitment needs.
- Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, assessment & interviewing, offering and onboarding.
- Initiate engagement and employee relations projects to maintain relationship with existing tech teams.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Around 3 years experience in tech recruitment
- Proven success in recruiting and sourcing for technical roles in a dynamic environment
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in English language
