Business Planning
- Develop realistic business plan
- Competitors analysis
- Market share/size analysis
- Product Analysis
Product Life Cycle Management
- Develop pricing strategy for the region with full consideration of exchange rate, FDI and channel profitability
- Develop products Value positions thru RTM/GTM planning
- Ensure goods availability thru Forecast from market
- Execute products programming thru both RTM and GTM planning cycle
- Manage products phase in / phase out methodically
Marketing Strategies
- Assets creation for E2E solutions for products
- Develop full deck including sales kits / sales campaign / and channel kits for all 6 countries
- Develop / execute products plan with all 6 countries timely
Preferred Candidates:
- Degree in Marketing / Diploma in Marketing
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- 2-3 years product management experience
- Highly-motivated, striving for excellence, sales results driven.
- Ability to work with different culture for this regional role
- Possess strong business acumen to support all 6 countries
- Resourceful in information gathering and effective communication to all relevant parties
- Excellent listening skillsets to uncover/isolate challenges
- Strong Team players
- Multi-tasker and able to handle tight timeline and stress
- Willing to travel
