- Job Profile Summary:
- Reporting to the Head of a Banca Partnership, you are responsible for driving the partnership’s bancassurance sales in the Private, Onshore, Offshore, Business and Commercial Banking segment. You will also assume responsibilities in developing new segments with the bank partner and managing internal and external stakeholders at a senior level on various strategic and operations related matters.
- Job Description:
- Lead a team of business development managers in achieving the bancassurance sales targets of the Private, Onshore, Offshore, Business and Commercial Banking segment
- Develop and work with the bank stakeholders to drive segments within the partnership and in the process devise and execute propositions to raise productivity within these segments
- Propose, position and execute initiatives of the partnership that will achieve the company’s objectives particularly in the areas High Net Worth and enterprise solutions
- Drive the formulation of the overall product development, strategy and solutions, including distributor engagement and initiatives to drive sales

- Working Experience
- At least 10 to12 years of relevant experience with successful track records
- Prior Bancassurance experience or proven track record in life insurance sales management would be preferred
- Education
- Degree/Diploma in Finance/Business relevant fields of studies
