Job Summary
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports, as further provided below:
Principal Accountabilities
- Sourcing & fulfill man power request in all division
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (senior and executive)
- Build and report end to end hiring
- Support HR Event to develop people’s culture for any kind of employee activities.
- Can maintain the confidentiality of the company
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT
- Good analytical and intrapersonal skill
- Good english and communication skill
- Proficiency computer skills (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
- Active and have a passion to engage the people
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
- Has experience in fast pace hiring environment (Startup, headhunting firms)
- Minimum 4 years experience as a recruiter in technology field
