Jobs Summary

  • Collect and update contact information of institution
  • Make a call to institution to set up appointment meeting for BD team
  • Distribute schedule appointment meeting to BD team
  • Follow Up applicants, by phone, whatsapp, or email (if needed)
  • Make sure applicant to fullfilled the document (if needed)

Principal Accountabilities

  • Speak with institution over the phone in order to schedule, remind and follow up on appointments
  • Email or mail remiders to institution or PIC when appropriate
  • Add, cancel or make change to appointments in the BD’s schedule
  • Distribute and arrange meeting with institution for BD team
  • Analyze and prioritize client needs
  • Resolve appointment conflicts for BD and institution or PIC
  • Process schedules and reports as they are requested by BD and institution or PIC
  • Follow up the applicants to make sure the applicants fullfill and upload the documents (if needed)
  • Can maintain the confidentiality of the company
  • Make a daily report and working with our CRM/Pintek Call Tracker

Competency Requirement

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with communication, organizing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to lear product knowledge
  • Target and customer oriented
  • Able to operate Ms. Office
  • Ability to prioritise work load and work to strict deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
  • Have a persuasive skill in communicating
  • Ability to work in cross-group collaboration
  • Display kindness and be open providing scheduling accommodations to BD and institution or PIC

Qualification Requirement

  • Bachelor degree any major
  • Min. 1 year experience in Telemarketing, sales Customer Service or related experience, fresh graduate welcome to apply
  • Must be proactive and innovative, able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
  • Can work independently because we are startup!
