You are responsible for;

  • Inventory & Service Parts management – coordinating the effective flow of service parts to fulfill services events on time at our customers.
  • Ensures that the right service parts have been ordered and that the required parts are delivered on the requested moment at the right location.
  • Coordinates the final delivery at customer site and will take action in case service parts have not been delivered in time, are damaged or wrongly delivered.
  • Focus will be on an uninterrupted flow of service parts throughout the service fulfillment process.
  • Monitors and controls the return of service parts to the vendors. Initiate returns from SFE to the supplier and secures the financial settlement of the returned value.
  • Prevents unnecessary stock holding and buildup of stock levels.
  • Monitors the part flows in the involved software applications and troubleshoots in correct part ordering.
  • Communicates with vendors & informs the organization on interruptions in the chain, which will delay the on time delivery of the requested service parts.
  • Support Planner for complex orders and cancellations.
  • Support Planner and FSE for last mile deliveries and Next Flight out.
