You Will
- Build and manage C-level and multiple stakeholder relationships by developing an efficient framework for seamless team collaboration, that includes aligning project prioritization, timeline, and problem-solving
Drive OVO strategic partnerships with large media groups, merchants, advertisers, and others to support achievement of business goals - Building overall cross functional management to grow the market in terms of users, revenue, brand and reputation, from scratch resulting to be top player in Indonesia
- Drive the end-to-end strategic business development initiatives – identifying the potential collaboration areas, formulating the partnership strategy, and ensuring the strategic commitments are fully optimized and delivered
- Translate the partnership ideation and objectives into a joint business plan with OVO’s key strategic partners and merchants.
- Drive the project implementation & coordination with both internal and external stakeholders
- Lead, inspire and coach the whole internal team. Define the long- & short-term goals and monitoring system to ensure strategy and roadmap are executed with excellence
What You Need
- 10+ years of experience managing digital product strategy merchant and partnership who has handled complex, fast pace, and large-scale consumer facing applications
- Experience within the financial services / banking industry / fintech would be a plus
- Understanding of the strategy to grow financial technology by building the right merchant and partnership strategy that fit with the nature of the business across the facets (product, technology, business, data analytics, operational, regulatory, governance)
- Deep understanding of Business Strategy (incl. but not limited to lending, insurance, investment, digital banking)
- Proficiency in digital marketing, strategic partnership and Sales Strategy
