You Will
- Plan big and small campaigns that will bring impact to our brand.
- Supervise effective implementation of marketing campaigns, recommend changes and modifications based on feedback and various campaign data.
- Working together with the social media team, creative team, and performance marketing team to create end to end campaigns. Which this work include: Create brief, Ensure all related parties to involve and create campaign idea, Manage budget allocation.
- Ensure work distribution and manage all related parties comes with a plan, and do the plan.
- Manage the overall campaign timeline.
- Manage all production vendors to deliver high quality output as per timeline.
- Handling end to end administration process for the campaign.
- Setting campaign KPI, ensure the KPI is achieved by monitoring the running campaign performance.
- Create campaign GTM.
- Create and analyse campaign result.
What You Need
- Min. Bachelor Degree majoring in Marketing & Business.
- Candidate must have strong background in brand & marketing strategy.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in same position or brand management related.
- Time and project management skills are required, need to be able to work on multiple projects and knowledge for channel sales strategy in modern market and traditional market.
- Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events.
- Fluent English and Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Leadership Skill.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong analytic and strategic thinker able to identify long term opportunities and trends.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Effectively communicate products benefits.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and good project management, interpersonal & communication skills.
