Responsibilities :
- The Business Development Ass Manager will be responsible for involvement in mapping and prospecting clients in Large Social Commerce
- Executing meeting Sales Revenue/no of volume/no of Shipper objectives or portfolio level via retention or lapse
- Develop solid and trusting relationship and acquisition activities, by servicing and retaining existing customers and targeting new business opportunities
- Grow opportunities within sales territory area (Jabodetabek/Jabar/Jateng/Jatim).
Requirements :
- Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in a commercial/sales role.
- Target oriented, Achiever and Creative.
- Excellent understanding of Sales processes and actual selling
- Experience in managing a team/ Individual contributor.
- Experience in logistics is a plus.
- High energy and positive attitude
