The Role
We are currently seeking a passionate and meticulous Sales Executive to join the team at Mercure Jakarta Sabang.
A true people person with a drive to exceed our client’s expectations your primary responsibilities will include:
- Generate, grow, and manage new and existing business for the hotel across all areas and event types
- Manage relationships across a broad range of stakeholders and business partners
- Liaise with clients in the lead-up to, during and following their special event
- Provide sales analysis and reports, lead families and site inspections, sales blitzes, networking events, presentations, product updates and tradeshows when required
- Maintain clear communication with all departments to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for the client
- Generate content in social media to promote the hotel and other facilities
- Assist in managing event activities.
About You
- A passionate sales professional, with a sustained track record in achieving targets as well as an outstanding interpersonal and communication style
- A strong marketing and strategic focus for a variety of events, gatherings, birthdays, meetings, and weddings
- Extraordinary time management skills, the ability to work under pressure, and drive revenue
- Excellent communication (written and spoken) and relationship-building abilities
- Computer savvy with well-developed Microsoft Office skills and use of specialized property management & sales/event management systems.
