Manulife Partnership Bancassurance is seeking someone with leadership capability, good communicator, sales driven, target oriented and capability to build relationship.  They will engage and connect with the Bank and help to resolve client’s concern.

We are looking for someone with:

Bachelor Degree Holder
At least 4 years experience as Regional Sales Manager or Area Sales Manager or Area Business Development Manager at Insurance Company
Experience in handling a team
Strong in communication and personal development
Target oriented and sales driven
Nice to Haves:

Exposure in Agency Bancassurance Sales
On the job you will:


Strategy & Planning

Understand AJMI overall Vision and Goals to execute and implement detail Sales Activity Strategy in Region SND xxx
Work with Bank Partner Key Person in Region SND xxx to make sure the business running on track
Ensure Sales Manager & Sales Person doing the strategy based on activity planning
Analyze Sales Activity Indicator in region and offer Regional Strategy and Solution to Bank Partner
Monitoring and maintaining agreed business activities with Bank Partner to ensure high productivity sales process
Monitoring ABDM on achieving agreed APE & NOA targets for the Area
Responsible for all required sales activities and reporting on a timely basis
Recruiting and deploying suitably qualified ABSM and FS for Sales team as required by retail Business Unit of Bancassurance to support branches
Manage and maintain the smooth functioning of the area team and other resources to ensure the area team performs effectively to achieve agreed sales target
Responsible for the development of Sales Area team (ABDM and FS), by ensuring proper Training & Development activities
Responsible for building and monitoring close relationship in team area with counterpart in the Bank to deliver Sales activities and results
Day to Day Operation

Control Sales process activity to make sure the activity is on track with National Strategy so the result will achieve the business plan
Ensure the quality of Sales process, to minimize fraud and Customer complain in Financial Services level & ABDM level
Manage the overall manpower and resourcing plan based on Sales KPI

Leadership & People Management

Support  Manager Promotion Panel (Manager Development Program) by developing FS & ABDM to reach Empowering Level to fulfill Organization needed and support internal promotion program
Coach and development detail sales activity strategy to Sales Managers and FS

Personal Development

Adopt AJMI culture of professionalism, integrity, effectiveness, dynamic, and customer centric attitude contributing to internal environment
Undertake relevant training and personal development course as mapped by HR Department  & Academy
