Key tasks and responsibilities
• Design/Participant Lazada App user growth strategy. According to market competition analysis/insight, leverage internal/external resources, coordinate cross channel/product/marketing function team to implement the strategy.
• Drive onsite growth funnel from acquisition, retention and conversion through systematic site analytics and extensive A/B testing, identify the key bottleneck, design operation strategy and execute to the last mile.
• Drive visit/purchase frequency through promotion, loyalty program, gamification mechanism and through different growth project.
• Scale and automate growth processes to make it leaner, more efficient and on a start-up mode
• Works with department heads to plan and execute structural changes to achieve business objectives
Qualifications & Skills
1. Min 5 years’ of working experience with a bachelor’s degree in business. administration/commercial finance/marketing/economics or related fields – ideally at ecommerce
2. Experience in intelligence and analytics, incremental value driven mindset, understanding A/B Testing framework.
3. Knowledge of user acquisition, lifecycle management and gamification is desirable
4. User insight and modelling skills with strong business acumen, e-commerce background is desirable.
5. Strong organizational and communication skills, break the boundary and execute to the last mile.
