Job Description
1. Identifying the potential brands to be onboarded into retail.
2. Understand market trends, competitors’ activities, and a holistic approach.
3. Approaching and presenting to prospecting suppliers
4. Ensure price competitiveness,
5. Do assortment selection,
6. Develop sales and profitability projection,
7. Negotiation on trading term supports and promotion deals.
8. To propose, review, and finalized the Retail agreement and trading term and assures alignment with category, finance, and legal team.
9. To train suppliers on operational issues and standard operating procedures
10. Create information on stores and SKU creation, aligned with brands.
11. Raise initial order

Job Requirements
1. Experienced as Category manager for min. of 2 years.
2. Ex Category / Buyer/Merchandising Manager in modern trade / eCommerce.
3. Experienced handing FMCG
4. Strong Negotiation skill
5. Good Communication and Presentation skills
6. Leadership skill
7. Target Oriented
8. Fast paced, multi-tasking, high adaptability
9. Analytical and Reporting skills
10. Extensive networks with brands/Fmcg suppliers
