Job Description
• Conduct training for new and existing merchants via online and offline.
• Collect feedback from trainers and trainees and identify the issues they have during the process
• Manage community of seller trainers, made changes to programs based on feedback; provided return on investment analysis and recommendations
• Work together with the community of seller trainers to brand themselves and gain more exposure
• Localize regional contents in the form of power point slides or other learning materials
• Prepared training planning from the materials, create instructional content, determined methodology and fit the objective of the training
• Stay up to date with current market trends and the changing demands of the merchant environment
• Evaluate the knowledge of class participants to determine training needs and effectiveness
• Demonstrate an aptitude for, knowledge of, and agility with new learning technologies in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Job Requirements

• Min. 3 years of relevant work experience in Training, Communication or Community
• Graduated from a reputable university Bachelor Degree/Master (Business, Industry Engineering, Communication or Psychology)
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Demonstrated skill at building relationships, create community and an ability to influence others
• Had experience create and develop training module and have ability to design effective training programs
• Display strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability and track record to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing needs and circumstances.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
